Under General Manager Wu Peng’s strategic guideline of “three-line parallel development and new-energy transformation”, the market share of a series of products has grown steadily year by year. The market share of hydraulic oil coolers for mixer truck upper-structure systems has now exceeded 90% in China. At the beginning of 2020, the company decided to transform from traditional radiators for fuel vehicles to complete-vehicle solutions for new-energy commercial vehicles, new-energy construction machinery and new-energy rail transit.
Actively deploying in the new-energy market, Kaipeng has carried out R&D on new-energy thermal management systems, new-energy vehicle integration systems, and integrated solutions for new-energy solar–storage–charging scenarios and operation scenarios. With a total investment of more than RMB 80 million, the company focuses on technology and talent reserves as well as equipment introduction, and has built a new-energy product line supported by the three pillars of components – systems – scenarios.
